We were blessed to have a stunning day in Brisbane on the 25th of November to sail aboard, the good ship POSTCODE with Energy Galore. Guests and clients of Energy Galore were indulged in a range of sensory experiences for mind and body as we checked in with 5 key ingredients of movement excellence, bringing attention back to our awareness of each. With the stunning ocean as our backdrop and the waves supporting a natural proprioception for our bodies, we moved into a series of checks of our signature strengths and weaknesses with the 5. The first job on board was conducted in the saloon of the ship where Captain …..

I pay tribute in this blog to the words of a man that had the courage, strength, wisdom and passionate enthusiasm to proclaim emancipation for America’s blacks. No other public figure of his generation could match the skill with which he made a mastery of the spoken word the servant of his cause.

After a 24-hour total trip time from Brisbane to JFK airport in NYC I arrived with exactly 48 hours until race time. I enjoyed a quick 30 minute run at an airport hotel before having breakfast with some clients and making our way to our accommodation at the Jumeirah Essex House opposite Central park on New York’s East side. After another small reconnaissance in Central park where the parade of nations was to be held that evening welcoming the 30,000 entrants we made our way to the convention centre to collect race bibs, and my clients and I …..
